We want you to love your new lights — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You can return your product within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items?
If your item arrives damaged or stops working properly within the first 12 months, contact us at [your email] with your order number and a photo or description of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.
